Crime Summary
Juliana Milena Ojeda-Montoya was arrested by ICE when they obtained a warrant. She allegedly repeatedly stabbed her coworker with scissors and threw a trash can at her victim. When ICE tried to arrest her she refused to release the child in her lap. Montoya was previously arrested by Border Patrol in February 2023 after illegally entering near Lukeville, Arizona, and was later released under the Biden administration.
