Jose Gustavo Angulo Bernal is accused of participating in the murder of a woman alongside two accomplices on November 1, 2018. The trio allegedly dumped her body in the town of El Tamarindo, Sinaloa after killing her. Angulo Bernal then entered the United States at an unknown date.
