Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested for abuse of corpse, concealing the death of a person, and obstructing justice. Gonzalez found Megan Bos unresponsive. He left her body in his basement, poured bleach on it, and ultimately put her body in his garbage can — leaving it there for 2 months. Gov. Pritzker released him onto the streets, but ICE tracked him down and arrested him.
